



A highly informative and interactive workshop was conducted on 10th June,2025 for the BCA students with the aim of enhancing their career readiness, technical knowledge, and personal development. The session featured three distinguished resource persons who addressed various essential topics relevant to students’ academic and professional growth.
Mr. Abdul Mannan Kazia, delivered a comprehensive session on career-oriented topics. He spoke about how students can effectively find job opportunities through LinkedIn by building a strong and professional profile. He offered career guidance to help students make informed decisions about their future paths. He also gave useful advice on pursuing a Master’s degree, highlighting the importance of higher education in today’s competitive world. Additionally, he introduced students to various websites offering professional and certified courses that can help them gain industry-relevant skills. One of the most impactful parts of his session was his introduction to the fields of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, where he explained their growing importance and how students can start learning about these cutting-edge technologies.
Mr. Arshad Hassan Kadle, focused on the importance of skill enhancement and self-development. He emphasized the need to constantly update one’s skills, especially soft skills, writing skills, and technical knowledge like software and accounting. He encouraged students to invest time in improving their communication and workplace readiness. Furthermore, he highlighted the value of learning new languages, as it opens up more opportunities both locally and globally.
Mr. Mohammed Eyad Kashimji, who inspired students to stay committed to their chosen academic fields. He advised them not to change their field frequently and instead work towards deepening their knowledge and expertise in one area. He also stressed the importance of staying motivated and maintaining a clear sense of purpose throughout their educational journey.
Principal, vice-principal, HOD, and staff members were also present during the session.
Overall, the workshop was a great success. Students found the sessions informative, engaging, and highly motivating. The guidance provided by all three speakers gave the students a broader perspective on career planning and personal growth, encouraging them to take active steps towards a successful future.
